* Assembly required for this product. First-time maker may need 1 hour to assemble 5 ft or 6 ft garland and 2 hours to assemble 8-10 ft garland. You may set up this garland 1-2 days prior to your event.
* Balloons ship flat.
* Balloon strip offered in the kit includes extra length each side for easy hanging.
* Inflate balloon by mouth is very difficult and harmful to your health. We highly recommend using a hand pump.
* Adults supervision required for children
